Non-Commutative Logic for Collective Decision-Making with Perception Bias

چکیده

In this paper, we suggest an implementation of non-commutative logic and apply its operators for decision-making in a group autonomous agents. The suggested extend the uninorm absorbing norm aggregators use additional asymmetry parameter that defines “level non-commutativity”. value is specified using perception bias humans measured experiments. method are illustrated by simulated behavior mobile robots group, which verified possibility processing systematic sensing errors, as well distinguishing mimicking biased decisions.

a new type-ii fuzzy logic based controller for non-linear dynamical systems with application to 3-psp parallel robot

abstract type-ii fuzzy logic has shown its superiority over traditional fuzzy logic when dealing with uncertainty. type-ii fuzzy logic controllers are however newer and more promising approaches that have been recently applied to various fields due to their significant contribution especially when the noise (as an important instance of uncertainty) emerges. during the design of type- i fuz...

Composite collective decision-making.

Individual animals are adept at making decisions and have cognitive abilities, such as memory, which allow them to hone their decisions. Social animals can also share information. This allows social animals to make adaptive group-level decisions. Both individual and collective decision-making systems also have drawbacks and limitations, and while both are well studied, the interaction between t...

Macroscopes: models for collective decision making

We introduce a new model of collective decision making, when a global decision needs to be made but the parties only possess partial information, and are unwilling (or unable) to first create a global composite of their local views. Our macroscope model captures two key features of many real-world problems: allotment structure (how access to local information is apportioned between parties, inc...

A tunable algorithm for collective decision-making.

Complex biological systems are increasingly understood in terms of the algorithms that guide the behavior of system components and the information pathways that link them. Much attention has been given to robust algorithms, or those that allow a system to maintain its functions in the face of internal or external perturbations. At the same time, environmental variation imposes a complementary n...

mESA: a Model for Collective Decision Making

Conscious decision making requires deep understanding of (1) the problem, (2) the context framing the problem, (3) the available options, (4) the perceived future resulting from each alternative and, of course, (5) the preferred future. As world becomes more complex and problems more open ended, these pieces of knowledge tend to be spread through several individuals. Finding, collecting, filter...
